Pre-Golf
- Registration is from 6:45 until 7:20 AM.
- All golfers need to be at the carts at 7:45 so we get to our holes and tee at 8:00 AM sharp
- Every golfer gets a small range bucket with the round which they will pick up from the pro shop after registering.
- The driving range is a little bit of a ride from the clubhouse. In order to get everyone to the carts in time Lyon Oaks will clear the driving range at 7:35. So if you want to hit few balls and putt, you may want to arrive a little earlier.
- Look for the registration table under the awning leading into the pro shop
Golf
- We will be playing the white tees – 6133 yards. The par 3’s are all pretty short – under 130 yards. All par 4’s except one are under 400.
- Long Drive holes will be #9 / #16 – both par 5’s and even long hitters would still play a driver. There is plenty of room to land.
- Closest to the Pin will be – #8/#17
- There will likely be a cart girl for those that think it is after noon
- Modified Shotgun means the lead groups start on Hole #1, with the following groups then starting on 18, 17, 16, etc… Foursomes will be stacked on the following holes #1 (3), #18 (2) #17 (1), #16 (2), #15 (2), #14 (2).
Post-Golf
- We have the bar area reserved for us to eat and do prizes. It’s large enough to fit our group comfortably. There are also two patios we could potentially use for eating depending on the weather.
- Food – everyone will get the combo below (one of each)
- Entrée – Burger, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, or Turkey Wrap
- Beverage – Domestic Beer, Pop, Gatorade, or Bottled Water
- Bag o chips
- Additional items outside of the combo will be the golfer’s responsibility to pay.
